We currently ship to locations within India. Our shipping coverage includes:

  • Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 cities
  • Most towns and rural areas (subject to carrier availability)
  • PIN codes served by our shipping partners

During checkout, you can enter your PIN code to check if we deliver to your location. If your area is not serviceable, we will notify you before processing your order.

We are working to expand our shipping network to reach more locations across India.

3. Order Processing Time

We process orders promptly to ensure quick delivery:

  • Standard Processing: 1-2 business days
  • Peak Season: May take 2-3 business days
  • Weekend Orders: Processed on the next business day
  • Custom Orders: May require additional processing time

Processing time begins once your order is confirmed and payment is verified. Orders placed after 2 PM may be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order is processed and ready for shipping.

4. Shipping Methods & Timelines

We offer different shipping options based on your location:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days - ₹50 (Free on orders above ₹1000)
  • Express Shipping: 2-4 business days - ₹100
  • Same-Day Delivery: Available in select cities - ₹150
  • Cash on Delivery: Available for all shipping methods

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or remote locations.

Business days exclude Sundays and national holidays.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Delivery Location: Distance from our warehouse
  • Order Weight: Total weight of your items
  • Shipping Method: Standard, Express, or Same-Day
  • Order Value: Free shipping on orders above ₹1000

Shipping charges are displayed clearly during checkout before you complete your purchase. There are no hidden fees.

Free shipping applies to Standard Shipping only. Express and Same-Day delivery options have additional charges even on orders above ₹1000.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information:

  • Tracking number via email and SMS
  • Real-time tracking updates
  • Estimated delivery date
  • Carrier contact information

You can track your order by:

  • Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
  • Visiting the carrier's website with your tracking number
  • Logging into your Tatiwal Garments account

Tracking information is usually available within 24 hours of shipment.

7. Delivery Process

Our delivery process ensures your order reaches you safely:

  • Delivery Attempts: Our carrier will attempt delivery twice
  • Contact Information: Ensure your phone number is correct
  • Delivery Instructions: Add specific instructions during checkout
  • ID Verification: May be required for high-value orders
  • Unattended Delivery: Available in select locations

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, please keep the exact amount ready for the delivery executive. They may not carry change for large amounts.

If you're not available during delivery attempts, the package may be taken to the nearest carrier pickup point.

8. Delivery Issues

If you encounter any delivery issues:

  • Delayed Delivery: Contact us if your order is significantly delayed
  • Wrong Address: Update your address immediately if incorrect
  • Failed Delivery: We'll contact you to reschedule delivery
  • Damaged Package: Do not accept damaged packages
  • Missing Items: Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

For address corrections after shipment, additional charges may apply for rerouting.

Always inspect your package before signing for delivery. If you notice any damage, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.

Currently, we only ship within India. However, we are working on expanding our services:

  • Will include major countries worldwide
  • Customs and duties will be the customer's responsibility
  • International shipping timelines will vary by destination

  • National Holidays: No deliveries on national holidays
  • Festive Seasons: Extended delivery times during Diwali, Christmas, etc.
  • Monsoon Season: Possible delays in certain regions
  • Carrier Strikes: May cause unexpected delays

During peak seasons, we recommend ordering well in advance to ensure timely delivery.
